We do not offer refunds, refunds are only given if the incorrect balls are received.

Grading of balls is as follows,

mint; this is our top of the range, balls are in quality condition...

A grade; these balls are still in good condition but can have a slight color issue as well as a few minor scratches but is still really playable.

B grade; if you're looking for a ball you don't care when hitting in the water but still want to feel like you getting a good deal then our B grades are for you.
